Instead of billing at an hourly rate, a basic number of hours can be pre-booked on a monthly basis. Retainer fees will offer increasing discounts for an increased number of hours. Payable in advance.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

A detailed agreement specifying all your requirements will be signed by both parties before any work commences

All payment is required by cheque or BACS transfer within fourteen days of the date of the invoice; a full breakdown of costs will be provided if requested

Costs for additional materials will be approved before project start date

Monthly retainers are payable in advance, by cheque or standing order
